By accessing and using GovFormTools, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

GovFormTools provides an image resizing utility designed to format photos and signatures to match Indian government exam standards (such as SSC, UPSC, and Railways). The service is provided "as is".

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to only use the tool for its intended, lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the images you generate using our tool meet the final exact specifications required by the examination authority before you submit your application.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GovFormTools or its creators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, rejection of exam applications due to dimensional/file size mismatch) arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site.
